The man accused of dismembering his former lover and sending the remains to the Canadian Conservative Party is finally in police custody.
CBC News tweeted Luka Rocco Magnotta was arrested in an Internet cafe in Berlin.
Luka Rocco Magnotta is suspected of killing Lin Jun, a student in Montreal, and sending Jun's foot to the conservative party.
The two were reportedly in a relationship.
Magnotta has been on the run since May and was mostly recently believed to be in Paris. Police raided his Parisian hotel room Saturday but failed to capture Magnotta.
